The Mon Valley Unemployed Committee is an excellent resource if you or a family member finds yourself unemployed. Barney and Tony will do all they can to make sure you receive all you are entitled to get. These guys know the roaps, loop holes, hidden information that no one wants you to know and as a bonus they will instruct you on how to report and fill out paperwork to your maximum advantage. One of our own has been wounded.
Many of us brought in used ball gloves for the ‘Mitts for Marines’ program that Mark Kiernan, PIT MOC Tech, began when his son was deployed to Afghanistan. Ben, Marks son, has since been wounded and is recuperating back here in the states. If you would like to send a note to cheer him or thank him for his service, you may send it to the address below.
