This page has been created for our IAMAW Local 1976 members and others at US Airways that have reached the need for Medicare advantage plans under our group coverage. This page is for you if you have become Medicare eligible because you have reached the age of 65 years old or have become eligible because of Social Security Disability at any age. Local 1976 is the sponsor for the following 6 policies and can only be purchased in this group plan. After our retiree benefits were taken away from us in bankrupcy, we were the only US Airways local to take this action to help our retired members.
