We as the Medical Benefits Committee have been receiving numerous calls on the new mail order program for Maintenance Drugs. First we need to clear up what is a Maintenance Drug - It is a drug that you will need on a on going period for your well being  which in layman's terms - forever such as examples: blood pressure medication or diabetic medication. You will receive a 3 month supply of medication for a 2 month payment. . You are now required to use the Caremark Mail Service instead of Advantra as of February 1, 2005.  The Phone number to contact is 1-856-273-5268 or the number on the back of your benefits card or you can e-mail Gerry Glass at jglass@usairways.com  if you have any questions to ask US AIRWAYS.
