MEDICAL BENEFITS COMMITTEE
We as the
Medical Benefits Committee have been receiving numerous calls on the new mail
order program for Maintenance Drugs. First we need to clear up what is a
Maintenance Drug - It is a drug that you will need on a on going period for your
well being which in layman's terms - forever such as examples: blood pressure
medication or diabetic medication. You will receive a 3 month supply of
medication for a 2 month payment. . You are now required to use the Caremark
Mail Service instead of Advantra as of February 1, 2005. The Phone number to
contact is 1-856-273-5268 or the number on the back of your benefits card or you
